The Chronic Pain Clinic consists of a team of pain management specialists that includes a psychologist, social worker, chiropractic doctor, osteopath, massage therapist, acupuncturist/alternative medicine specialist and a kinesiologist. Overseeing all of these experts is Dr. Igor Wilderman, the founder of the Chronic Pain Clinic. |
| Dr. Igor Wilderman, MD (honours) CCFP DAAPM DCAPM CSME Dr. Wilderman founded the multidisciplinary therapeutic Wilderman Medical Clinic and Chronic Pain Clinic in December 2004. The focus of the CPC is on pain treatment, research, and patient education. As a chronic pain consultant, Dr. Wilderman can prepare independent medical examination reports, medical-legal reports, rebuttal reports, OCF-18 treatment plans, and more. He is also ready to appear in court to provide credible testimony and evidence. He is a member of the College of Family Medicine of Canada, College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, Canadian and Ontario Medical Associations, Canadian Pain Society and, International Association for the Study of Pain. He is a Diplomate of the American and Canadian Academies of Pain Management. He is also an associate member of the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators. |
